1. Eligibility

All payments must be made using valid and authorised payment methods.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Missed or failed payments may result in late fees, automatic suspension, or revocation of access to the Services. Continued failure to remit payment may lead to permanent termination of access and legal action for the outstanding balance.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances.

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our Services, you expressly agree that you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of:

A change of mind, heart, belief, or mindset

A change in personal, financial, or professional circumstances

Religious, spiritual, or moral beliefs

Any dissatisfaction with the content, experience, or outcome

Non-usage or partial/incomplete participation

No exceptions will be granted. Once payment is made, the agreement is binding and irrevocable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, graphics, trademarks, designs, videos, documents, and other assets within the Services are the sole property of J AND G OPERATIONS PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content without express written permission.

7. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages related to our Services. This includes transactional updates, account notifications, and marketing content.

Message and data rates may apply

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others.

8. Privacy & Data Use

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. J AND G OPERATIONS PTY LTD makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliability. Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual effort and application.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J AND G OPERATIONS PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J AND G OPERATIONS PTY LTD, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct deemed harmful to others or J AND G OPERATIONS PTY LTD.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brisbane, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through good faith mediation, which may be conducted via online video conferencing. If mediation fails, legal proceedings shall take place in Brisbane, Australia, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
